Targoum sur Chroniques 1 1:13

וּכְנַ֗עַן יָלַ֛ד אֶת־צִיד֥וֹן בְּכֹר֖וֹ וְאֶת־חֵֽת׃

Canaan engendra Sidon, son premier-né, Heth,

And Canaan begat Bothneas, who built Sidon, he was the firstborn of Canaan and of Heth.
